FAQ
Common questions
- Do I really not pay SACEM or SUISA?
- Collecting societies in France and Switzerland collect on their repertoire, which requires a human author. AI Focus Radio tracks have no registered human author. The Business license PDF documents this and gives you something to show in case of a control visit. This area is contested by SACEM in 2026 but not settled in court, so we cannot guarantee zero risk forever.
- Can I download the tracks?
- Not by default. The stream is the product. For specific track usage, email us with the track title shown in the player at the time, we will send the file under the matching license.
- What about YouTube monetization?
- Since July 2025, YouTube Content ID does not accept 100% AI-generated audio for direct monetization. You can use a track in a video on a monetized channel, but the track itself will not earn ad revenue.
- Can I resell or sub-license the music?
- No. Under every tier, you receive a usage right. Re-licensing to a third party is reserved to the operator.
